Sophia Farmer

Sophia initially joined Pickerings Solicitors in June 2021 as an administrator. Upon completion of her A Levels. In September 2022, she was welcomed to the Private Client team as Pickerings’s first ever Solicitor Apprentice. 

Sophia has already gained a wealth of knowledge in her role, working closely alongside the highly experienced Solicitors in her team whilst pursuing her legal studies through the University of Law, with a view to qualifying as a solicitor in 2028. 

Sophia assists in matters relating to all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Trusts (including the creation and administration), Estate Administration (including both Probate and Intestacy matters), Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. 

Sophia has a superb reputation in particular for matters involving trust registration work, confidently advising clients on the legislation surrounding this in a straightforward and professional manner. 

Sophia takes great pride in assisting clients throughout their matters and is often a first port of call for client queries. She is committed to ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service possible. 

Sophia has already built up an excellent rapport with clients through her friendly and compassionate approach towards their matters.
