Keri Pointon

Keri qualified as a solicitor in April 2010 and joined Pickerings in August 2015 having practised law in Tamworth since qualification. Keri is a highly experienced solicitor, who regularly handles multi-million pound acquisitions, sales and management buy-outs for clients in a diverse range of sectors. Keri is regularly praised for her ability to grasp and distil complex issues quickly and efficiently. 

Over recent years, Keri has advanced her corporate re-organisation advisory skills and knowledge and is often instructed on repeat referrals.  Keri deals with a wide range of business restructures and corporate re-organisations, including; creating holding company structures, share for share exchanges and share re-classifications, working closely with the clients tax advisors throughout each stage. 

Having overseen a broad commercial caseload since qualification, Keri also regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues to business of all sizes. Keri is frequently instructed to assist in advising on, drafting and/or negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts, including shareholders agreements, joint ventures/collaboration agreements and supply/consumer agreements and/or terms and conditions.
