Due to the development and expansion of our business, we are looking for additional lawyers to join our team.
We operate from one office which is conveniently, yet discreetly, located on the outskirts of Tamworth.

Although these positions are full-time, we will also consider applications from candidates looking for part-time roles.
1. CHILDREN LAW SOLICITOR
We are looking for an additional solicitor or chartered legal executive to join our highly successful children law team. Our children team is known for its technical expertise and pragmatic approach, dealing with a wide range of matters including children issues and disputes, care proceedings, adoption and surrogacy.
Our solicitors are skilled advocates who appear regularly in court, including in the High Court, in public and private law proceedings. We are often instructed by professional guardians to act in the most serious and complex cases. Where it is not possible to resolve a dispute outside of court proceedings, our experience and knowledge means that we are able to robustly protect our clients’ positions and present their cases to the court. We often conduct our own advocacy, but also have excellent relationships with high-calibre barristers as well as other experts
Clients vary from affluent professionals to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in our society and; we pride ourselves on providing high levels of service to all our clients. This is a highly expert team who work together to deliver exceptional service to family law clients.
There is an existing caseload as our team generates referrals on a regular basis.
Ideally, candidates will be a member of the Law Society Children panel, although we will consider candidates with suitable experience who will work towards panel membership.
Experienced in publicly funded Child Care work with the ability to service privately funded cases.
Excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with vulnerable clients and resolve complicated practicalities involved in children law matters
Experience in own advocacy is an advantage.
2. EMPLOYMENT LAWYER
We are looking for an additional Lawyer or experienced Paralegal to join our highly reputable Employment Team.
Our team acts for both respondents and claimants and has expertise in the following areas:
• Settlement agreements
• Business reorganisations
• Redundancy situations
• Family friendly rights
• TUPE
• Unfair and constructive dismissal claims
• Equality and discrimination claims
• Grievances and disciplinaries
• Absence management
• ACAS Early Conciliation
• Contracts, policies, and handbooks; and
• Restrictive covenants.
You should have at least 12 months’ PQE, ideally with both respondent and claimant experience and be confident in handling your own caseload.
3. CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAWYER
We are looking for an additional lawyer to join our Corporate and Commercial team which offers a wide range of services to business clients.
Our client base is varied, encompassing start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, local authorities, charities, and wealthy individuals.
Our areas of expertise include:
• company formation
• memorandum & articles of association
• sale and purchase of companies and businesses
• management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments
• corporate restructuring and reorganization
• shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions; and
• terms of business and share options.
You should have 1–4 years’ PQE, with broad corporate and commercial experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships.
4. DIVORCE & FINANCE LAWYER
We currently have a vacancy for an ambitious lawyer to join our specialist Divorce and Finance team.
You should have at least 18 months’ PQE and be confident in advising on a wide range of issues including relationship breakdown, dissolution of civil partnership and financial settlements. You will also be trained on pre and post nuptial arrangements and co-habitation agreements. Career progression is available.
